We confirm the carrier holds a current FMCSA operating authority. An expired or suspended MC number disqualifies them immediately.
We verify the carrier has active cargo and liability insurance, and that it meets the minimums required for your shipment.
We check for recent violations, out of service orders, and complaint history before assigning any carrier to a customer shipment.
We do not charge your deposit until we have confirmed a qualified carrier for your route. If we cannot place your shipment properly, you owe nothing.
